No problem, ordered items can be returned within a 14 calendar day period from the delivery date. In the case of a partial delivery, the delivery period is extended until you have received all the ordered items. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returned items must be returned in full, in their original packaging, accompanied by the delivery slip provided with the goods. The item can be returned provided it has only been tried on, as it would be in a store, and that said item is complete and intact. It must not have been used or worn and must not have suffered any damage. If KRI were to incur costs associated with a return of goods, these will be deducted from the refund you are entitled to.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your package has reached us and been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email, and the purchase amount will be automatically refunded to you.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please keep the duly dated postal receipt (proof of your return). This proof of return must be kept until you receive the email confirming that your return has been processed.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We refund your returned goods based on the payment method you chose to pay for your order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of loss or theft of the package during the return of the merchandise, the refund for your items can only be made upon presentation of this document.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Cancellation of an order<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For technical reasons, we are unable to process any order cancellations. In such cases, please refuse the delivery.
